2.Product pricing

2.2 A fee for delivery may be included in each order you produce. If your delivery is subject to a delivery fee, before you confirm your order, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation tab. Any delivery charge applied to your order will depend, among other things, on the value of your order, the delivery date and time and any additional options that you may select.
3. Options for payment
3.1 A debit card, credit card, internet banking and some wallets may be used for payment. By cash or cheque, you will not pay for your order.
3.2 The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us shall be those specified on the Website on the date of placement of your order.
3.3 Some processing and interest charges which include the EMI or No-cost EMI option chosen by you. This is a formal agreement between you and the applicable service provider and is negotiated at your own discretion and we are a mere facilitator and not a party to that agreement.

4.3 We will always strive to supply you with the complete and precise quantity of the commodity you have ordered. In any case, our liability would be limited, according to the terms of clause 7.1 below, to the price of the goods not delivered or delivered improperly and to the cost of delivery.
4.4 We take great care to ensure that deliveries are delivered on time and, accordingly, it is your duty to ensure that during the day of delivery, an appropriate person is present at the delivery address. We may ask that the products on delivery be signed by an appropriate individual.
4.5 Please notice that unfavourable weather or other events outside our reasonable control which result in occasional delays in delivery. 4.6 We are entitled to charge you in full an amount equal to the price of the product and the cost of delivery if you are not present for your delivery
4.7 The confirmation via e-mail that you receive from us confirming your order will signify the last time you have changed your order before delivery.
4.8 By using the 'Change Address' feature, you can change the address you have registered on the web. For any orders where you have received our confirmation email, this will not change the address.
5. Out of stock situations
Our effort is to ensure that all items listed on the Website are available for dispatch to you in stock. However, if this is not possible for any reason, we will contact you and give you the option, depending on your convenience, to swap, postpone or cancel the order.
6. Product returns
6.1 We suggest that, at the time of delivery and installation, you inspect the items promptly and inform us promptly of any defects. 6.2 To return any goods that are or are not defective as per your original order , please return them to the delivery person at the time of delivery or contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery of the item. For clarification of its cancellation policy , please review the terms and conditions of each product you order.
6.3 All defective goods or goods not to be returned in compliance with your order shall be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in the same condition at the time of delivery, otherwise they shall not be returned in the same manner.
6.4 Please note that for any items opened or used, we can not give exchanges or refunds.
6.5 For your refund request to be processed, please give one to three weeks from the day you return your defective product or an item that is not as per your order. When your return is finalised, you will be informed.
